Homemade Sausages for Breakfast

The pigs have put on a great deal of weight with the biggest at 140lbs. They are due to go for slaughter 19th Nov.

We have joined a new venture with friends and have invested in a pig. This is one of eight which is being looked after by us in a lovely location in Uplyme, lovely house, large field, mud, plenty of food and wonderful views across Uplyme Valley. What more could a pig want. At the end of November we will have our own sausages and bacon. I can’t wait.
